As a Product Owner Junior at SMEG, I am responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of EVzen, an innovative electric vehicle charging application.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Management: Defining the strategic vision and objectives of EVzen in collaboration with the development and design teams.

Coordination and Collaboration: Working with different teams to ensure the efficient development and delivery of the application.

Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Utilizing data and key metrics to evaluate the performance of EVzen and identify opportunities for improvement.

Innovation: Proposing new features that meet the evolving needs of users and keep EVzen at the forefront of the industry.

Agile Leadership: Facilitating interactions between teams through an agile approach and actively participating in planning and sprint review meetings.

As a product manager in the Open e-mobility project at SAP Labs France, I am responsible for developing and launching innovative features and projects related to electric mobility. Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketing teams, and customers, I identify market needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

In my role, I also oversee the performance of existing products, continually seeking out ways to enhance their value and usability. To ensure the success of our products, I create and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and feature specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and allocate resources appropriately.

Overall, my work at SAP Labs France involves strategic planning, product development, and team coordination to deliver high-quality products that meet the demands of the rapidly evolving electric mobility market. I am passionate about driving innovation in this exciting and dynamic field and am committed to delivering the best possible products for our customers.
