Declare your agreement
This module allows the online declaration of internship agreements and even their electronic signatures. From editing to signing, passing through the validation of your teacher and administrative staff, all these steps will be done directly on your platform.
Here is the list of many features:

- modify a convention in draft mode

Create an agreement
To create your internship agreement, click on the Career tab -> Do an internship -> My agreements
In your new space you will be able to manage all the conventions of your course within Université Côte d'Azur.
To create an agreement, click on "APPLY FOR AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT"
Select the type of agreement according to the language of your interlocutor where you are doing your internship or training, if applicable.
Warning :
Internship abroad or in Monaco are internship agreements abroad. It is important to carefully select "convention abroad" in the first steps of your online declaration.

You will find here all your contact details as well as your training and its hourly volume.
Select the current school year as well as the correct diploma.
IF YOU ARE DOING YOUR INTERNSHIP ABROAD
If your internship takes place abroad, please provide the following information:
- That your internship is abroad
- Whether your organization provides you with health coverage
- And most importantly, an emergency contact.
INFORMATION RELATING TO THE HOST ORGANIZATION
The information of your host structure is listed here.
Type the first letters of your organization:
If it exists, select it and its address;
If not, type the full name of the business and click "Add business to site". Enter as much information as possible and click on "Add" (mandatory: Company name, Country, City).

INTERNSHIP INFORMATION
You must enter the information relating to your internship here (date, mission, leave, gratuity and ECTS credit if applicable...).
The skills, activities and methods of evaluation of the internship are to be co-constructed with your company and your referent teacher.
Bonus or Indemnity
For students in initial training, we speak of gratification, while for students in continuing education, we speak of compensation.
To declare the amount, you have 3 possible choices:
- No bonus, generally because your internship is less than two months.
- Minimum gratuity, it corresponds to 15% of the hourly rate of the social security ceiling.
- If your remuneration is higher, if you are in continuous training or if you are doing your internship abroad, you must declare "another amount", specifying whether the amount is gross or net and whether it is an hourly rate, monthly amount or total.
REFERRING TEACHER INFORMATION
You must select here the teacher who will supervise your internship. This information comes from the database.
Please select your teacher and do not change their contact details!
If the latter is not listed, please refer to your school.
INFORMATION RELATING TO THE SIGNATORY COMPANY
Please fill in the contact details of the company signatory here, the person who will legally bind your host structure by signing the agreement.
DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE
Upload your official documents concerning, for example, your certificate of civil liability or any other document requested by your school.
If you do not yet have your civil liability certificate covering your internship period, here is a standard letter:

You can upload up to 20 files (maximum 3 MB per file).
You can "Save" your agreement if you are missing information, it will then have the status "Draft". Simply click on the "actions" -> "Edit / send for validation" button to edit it or to send your agreement to your teacher for "pedagogical validation".
You will then be able to see in your space the progress of your agreement between the different validations.
As soon as your agreement is validated pedagogically and administratively, you will receive an email inviting you to sign your agreement.
You can follow the progress of the signatures on the platform and download the signed agreement at any time via the link received by email.
You will be notified as soon as all signatures have been entered, all parties will then be able to download the digitally signed agreement.
MANUAL SIGNATURE
If you cannot go through the electronic signature procedure, you can download your agreement at any time, print it out in 3 copies, and complete the signature process yourself.
To do this, simply go to your space for declaring your agreements, click on the action button, then Download / Print
AMENDMENT
The platform will gradually manage the endorsements. The validation process is the same as the initial agreement.
To add an amendment, your agreement must first be signed (paper or electronically). Click on your agreement, and add an amendment.
Select a reason, then send for validation.
