HOW TO RECRUIT ON THE NETWORK
1. Create your account
• Are you a Université Côte d’Azur graduate? Create your alumni account to access all features.
• Are you external to the institution? Create your recruiter account.
If your company does not appear, click on “add” to create your company profile.
2. Publish your offer
From your recruiter dashboard, posting a job offer is simple and intuitive.
In just a few clicks, you make your opportunity visible to thousands of students and graduates:
- Access your space and click on “Post a job offer”.
- Fill in the essential information to clearly present your needs.
- Target the desired programs or skills using the “Add programs” option to reach candidates perfectly aligned with your requirements.
- Confirm by selecting “Submit this offer”.
Your job posting is then immediately highlighted on the platform and accessible to all matching profiles.
3. Manage your applications
Once your offers are online, you have a fully dedicated space to monitor them:
From this space, you can:
- View profiles, CVs, and cover letters received.
- Easily compare applications.
- Centralize your responses and exchanges in one place.
You gain efficiency, never miss an application, and move quickly through your recruitment process.
DARE TO CHOOSE APPRENTICESHIP
Publish an apprenticeship offer
Thanks to the platform, you can quickly publish a targeted apprenticeship offer visible to all relevant programs.
Students identified as looking for an apprenticeship will automatically receive your offer as a priority.
Grants & funding
By hiring an apprentice, you benefit from attractive financial support schemes:
An annual bonus of €2,000 to €6,000 for any apprenticeship contract (apprenticeship or professionalization).
Extended support for contracts signed until December 31, 2025.
HOST AN INTERN
Recruit a student (Bachelor / Master)

Recruit a PhD candidate (CIFRE)
Thanks to the CIFRE scheme, you can recruit a PhD candidate for three years and benefit from financial support:

• Grant of €14,000 / year for 3 years from ANRT.
• Joint supervision between company and research lab.
