STEP 1
Obtain the information necessary for the declaration of your agreement (for example on the company or your internship), as well as the documents to be provided such as the certificate of civil liability or any other document requested by your education.

You can start filling in your agreement and save the information for later.
Your agreement then has the status "draft".
STEP 2 :
As soon as all the information in your agreement has been entered, you can have it validated by your teacher by pressing: "Send for validation"
Your agreement then has the status "Pending validation"
STEP 3:
Your agreement is validated by your teacher, it will then be inspected by your administration.
Your agreement then has the status "awaiting administrative validation"
STEP 4:
Your agreement is checked by your administration, if everything is correct, it validates the agreement.
Your agreement then has the status "Validated and ready for signatures"
Following this, two options are available to you:
- Electronic signatures
- Signatures in paper format (if for example your company wants to sign the agreement last).
STEP 5:
Electronic signature :
Your administration launches the electronic signature procedure and you receive an email to signed your agreement.
As soon as all the parties have signed the agreement, you will receive an email to your signed agreement, which you can find on the platform.
Signatures in paper format:
You print your agreement in triplicate and have all the parts signed. Then you give a copy to your schooling.
The university reserves the right not to sign the internship agreement if it was sent to it after the start of the internship.
